All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are due in full at checkout unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — including for product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. 3. Shipping

Physical book orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.
