WELCOME
TO NO FAIL TRUST®

Founded in 2018, we are on a mission to inspire and nurture authentic leadership — one person, one team, and one organization at a time through the power of trust and consistency.

We do this by equipping organizations to create cultures of No Fail Trust® through keynotes, training, video courses, and educational material.

TRUST
Is Our Guiding Principle.

We don’t just teach trust. We live it day in and day out as we strive to demonstrate that a leader's worth is measured in trust earned and maintained every single day. Our guiding principle for every decision is:

“Trust, like your business and your life depend on it.”

Because it does.

As a combat-proven pilot, Air Force officer, and commercial airline pilot, Lt Col (ret) Jason O. Harris has seen time and time again the critical importance of trusting your team.

You can’t second-guess your crew’s choices when you’re flying a cargo plane full of critical supplies and soldiers through an active combat zone, not if you want to survive.

They need to know you trust them to execute their roles with excellence and consistency, especially when each decision they make is the difference between life and death for everyone on that plane.

Every flight requires No Fail Trust
Jason Group Pic

While the pilot may guide where the plane is going, it’s the front line that makes or breaks a mission.

If they’re not empowered by the knowledge that you trust them, they will struggle to complete the mission.

Flying over 430 combat sorties and hundreds of other flights, Jason learned that when you equip your people with the right training and processes and trust them to do their job, they will not let you fail.

Realizing that these same lessons applied to business, Jason created No Fail Trust® to help organizations empower their leaders and teams to achieve more than they ever thought possible through the power of trust.

GROWING UP IN OAKLAND

GROWING UP IN OAKLAND

I was born and raised in the inner city of Oakland, California.

#2 OF 6 CHILDREN

#2 OF 6 CHILDREN

I am the second of my mother's six children. I am the product of my mother's three marriages and the four fathers to her six children. My siblings and I are all very close.

4TH GENERATION MILITARY MEMBER

4TH GENERATION MILITARY MEMBER

As a proud fourth-generation military member, I stand alongside the legacy of my mother, grandfather, and great-grandfather. My mother's sage advice played a significant role in shaping my path. An Army veteran herself, she advised me to consider the Air Force, emphasizing its professional work settings and the leadership opportunities and respect that come with being an officer.

JROTC IN HIGH SCHOOL

JROTC IN HIGH SCHOOL

I have been around the military in some form or fashion my entire life. I served in JROTC all four years of high school and was a member of the Color Guard and Honor Guard.

USAF ACADEMY PREP SCHOOL & APPOINTMENT

USAF ACADEMY PREP SCHOOL & APPOINTMENT

My first choice in colleges was Texas A&M. The disappointment of them turning me down didn't last long because in 1996 I was accepted to attend the US Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, CO. I had never been to Colorado, but I knew this would be an adventure of a lifetime and that it would provide a first class education that would forever change my life.

HORSES SAVED MY LIFE

HORSES SAVED MY LIFE

Horses saved my life by keeping me off the streets and away from gangs and drugs as I came of age in Texas. I even continued my love for horses as a member of the USAF Academy Equestrian Team. This is me at a competition in Wyoming.

MET THE LOVE OF MY LIFE

MET THE LOVE OF MY LIFE

On a random Friday night in February 2000, I stumbled upon the most beautiful young lady at a stereo shop. A simple conversation led to a USAF Academy Ring Dance date and a lifetime of love, happiness, fun, food and travel.

GRADUATION FROM USAF ACADEMY

GRADUATION FROM USAF ACADEMY

I graduated in 2001 as a 2nd Lieutenant, destined to become an Air Force pilot. Who knew at the time that the tragic events of 9/11 would shape my nearly 30 year military career.

USAF PILOT TRAINING

USAF PILOT TRAINING

Pilot training was one of the most grueling courses I have completed in my nearly three decades of military service. Earning those coveted pilot wings was an accomplishment I will always hold near and dear to my heart, along with the classmates and instructors that supported me through this challenging year. But this was only the beginning.

C-130 Pilot

C-130 Pilot

In 2003, I became a qualified C-130 pilot. I arrived to my base on July 7, 2003 and was off for my first combat deployment on August 5, 2003. My time as a C-130 pilot included upgrading to Aircraft Commander and four combat deployments participating in operations in Iraq, Afghanistan and the Horn of Africa. I can say that I have circled the globe at the controls of a C-130!

AIR FORCE SPECIAL OPERATIONS PILOT

AIR FORCE SPECIAL OPERATIONS PILOT

In 2007, I was assigned as a pilot in an Air Force Special Operations unit. I was able to work with some amazing people, in the air and on the ground. This assignment had me deploy to Iraq seven different times over the course of four years.

USAF ACADEMY INSTRUCTOR

USAF ACADEMY INSTRUCTOR

In 2011, after 11 combat deployments, it was time to take a break. I was assigned to be both a classroom and flight line instructor. In the classroom, I was an instructor for senior cadets in Strategy and Innovation in the Military & Strategic Studies department. On the flight line, I instructed cadets in the T-53A (Cirrus SR-20).

AMERICAN AIRLINES PILOT

AMERICAN AIRLINES PILOT

In 2013, I separated from active duty military and began serving as a part time reservist (weekend warrior!). This allowed me to be hired for my dream job as a pilot for American Airlines. I have flown various aircraft (Airbus 319/320/321, Boeing 757, Boeing 767, Boeing 777) during my tenure and have been based in Chicago, Dallas, Miami and New York. I am currently a JFK-based pilot on the Boeing 777 flying routes to Europe, Middle East, India, and South America.

MY DAUGHTER ALENA IS BORN IN 2015

MY DAUGHTER ALENA IS BORN IN 2015

In 2015, we were blessed with an amazing 10 year anniversary gift, our amazing daughter, Alena. I was there in the delivery room and watched in awe as she emerged into the world, a beautiful soul ready to take on the challenge of life. We create connection with each other by enjoying donuts on Friday for our Daddy Daughter Donut Date ritual.

KC-46 PILOT & SQUADRON COMMANDER

KC-46 PILOT & SQUADRON COMMANDER

After not having flown any military aircraft since 2014, I wanted to fly one last time in the military. In 2021, I was hired to be pilot and Squadron Commander for a newly formed Boeing KC-46 air refueling tanker unit. I was trained to pass fuel in flight to stealth fighter and bomber aircraft along with nearly every other military aircraft. The fun part was that I was also trained to receive fuel, in flight, even at night, from other tanker aircraft.

Retirement

Retirement from military in September 2023

In September 2023, after nearly three decades of wearing the uniform of my nation, my family and I decided it was time to retire. I had taken my career farther than I dreamed. Now, it was time to pass the baton to those behind me and close this chapter, allowing for more time to focus on my family.
